Sports fans anxiously await the opening game. Trendsetters prepare for fashion week. But everyone looks forward to the day they realize the most universally appreciated season arrives: Girl Scout cookie season. You might argue that Girl Scouts don’t have competition when it comes to seasonal cookie sales, but I certainly don’t see the same kind of media buzz about the Boy Scouts’ popcorn season.
