A public relations firm advised Russia not to disregard the West’s opinion on human rights, and Russia didn’t listen. I wonder what, if anything, they advised Russia as the Ukrainian crisis escalated from internal strife to an international occupation. But it doesn’t matter: Russia doesn’t need the firm’s advice; Russia needs their data.
