Kara Neuverth is the Director of Media Relations at Boys Town, a national youth care and healthcare organization serving more than 500,000 kids each year. Kara is responsible for all external communications and leads the organizations support of national communications and public relations functions. Boys Town’s media monitoring and measurement needs/challenge?

Our challenge is coordinating and monitoring media coverage that we receive at our 11 sites around the country. We do not have PR professionals at those locations to monitor what is in the news nor keep track of the impact.
